Shipping policy

All orders over $75 receive free standard shipping within the US. The shipping carrier will be determined at our sole discretion.

We ship within the United States as well as certain regions internationally. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days after being shipped, but allow for up to 10 business days for domestic orders before contacting customer service at hello@tekon.com. International orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days, but allow up to 21 business days before contacting customer service.

Orders are typically shipped out within 1-3 business days of the order being received. During certain high volume periods, shipping may get delayed.

Customers will be responsible for reshipment of orders due to wrong addresses, insufficient information, failed or unclaimed deliveries, etc.
